Happy New Year!!
So..what's been happening..
Oil is over 100 bux per barrel. Great. 16 year old Jamie Lynn Spears is pregnant. Some guy got cut in half by a garbage truck. I got a new 8800GT video card. Pretty sweet. COD 4 is out. I've been playing that alot with my XFPS + XIM setup on my XBOX 360. I've been playing more PC cod 4 than anything, though.
Took 3 weeks to ge Comcast out to my place to hook up service. Then when they did that, they cut an electrical line to a storage shed. Still not fixed yet. They keep delaying. They don't come out when it's sunny and warm. Then when it's cold they call and say "oh we can't come out today because it's too cold". They're going to have to dig up the cable line to figure out where they cut the electrical line. I would bet that they're going to cut the cable line when trying to fix the electrical line.
I had a washing machine stand pipe back up all over the floor. Ran under the wall into the living room. Got the carpet all soaked for a lovely Christmas morning. That was fun. Turns out there were some really old rags way down the pipe and they were restricting the water flow. Working great now though.
Elizabeth Hasslebeck is returning to the View next week. That's good. She's hot. When I'm at work with some women who want to watch the show, I have a reason to watch it.
The 2007 Victoria Secret Fashion show was good time spent to watch.
The baby isn't walking yet. She's going on 19 months and walks all over the house on her knees. She has shown little interest in walking. She may need therapy. All other areas of development are advanced. She knows the entire alphabet already and most numbers 1-20.
